Special Events / Large Parties
Paradiso would love to help you host your special event or large party. Below you will find general information, and we are happy to help answer any other specific questions or requests you may have. The following is meant to give a brief and general overview of Paradiso’s policies for large parties. More specific information, questions, requests, etc can be addressed individually.
Groups of 12 or more are required to give a $200 deposit to make / secure a reservation. For a guaranteed private event in our back room, you must have at least 35 people, or pay the following financial MINIMUM:
If you are having a private event, you will have the room for 3 HOURS, from the start time of the reservation. If the 3 hour limit is exceeded, there will be a $500 fee for every 30 minutes.
Guest Counts: A guaranteed guest count is required 48 hours prior to event. This number will be considered as a final guarantee and not subject to reduction. Should your guest count increase, you will be billed for the additional guests at the rate agreed upon in contract. If no guarantee is provided 48 hours prior to your event, the original number of guests will be considered as the guaranteed number.
Menus: All parties of 20 or more people are required to use our Prix Fix menus.
Menus are subject to change. Please provide us with your menu selection 5 days prior to your event. For parties of 25 or more people we will ask you to provide us with the counts of menu items ordered. Beverages are not included in either the lunch or dinner menus, however they are included in the brunch menus.
Corkage / Cake Fee: We will gladly uncork and serve your wine for $18 / 750 ml. bottle. Cake cutting fee is $4.00 pp or $50 maximum.
Tax / Gratuity: Tax will be applied at the given rate. A gratuity of 18% will be added to your bill.
